Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for saliteclothing.com
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between SALITE, Humaid + Yassine GbR, Gutenbergring 39-41, 22848 Norderstedt, Germany (hereinafter the “Provider”) and its customers via the website saliteclothing.com.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded upon the Provider’s express acceptance of the order or upon delivery of the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Payment may be made in advance, via PayPal or through the other payment methods offered during checkout.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the customer. Delivery times are indicated during the order process. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed without delay. The Provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods are permanently unavailable; any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details of the right of withdrawal and a model withdrawal form can be found in our Withdrawal Policy. You can also withdraw online at any time using our withdrawal function.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the customer is entitled to supplementary performance, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, provided the statutory requirements are met.
8. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (“cardinal obligations”), limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
9. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect; the statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision.
