Returns & Exchanges

We want every SALITE piece to fit right. If something doesn't work out, you can return it easily.

How it works

Start your return in our returns portal: enter your order number, choose the items and a reason, and get your return label.

Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags.
• You bear the cost of return shipping.
• Not returnable: undergarments, customised pieces and items marked as final sale – unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Start a return for the original item and place a new order – we ship exchanges free of charge.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
